ORIENTATION
FEE: The incoming applicant, to include
those who apply for Admission to the Business Management and Criminal Justice
Programs, is required to send a non-refundable Orientation Fee of
$100.00 after he/she has been admitted to the College. This fee is a
service charge covering supplies, paraphernalia, and activities associated with
Orientation. Students who have been previously enrolled (Re-Admits- students who
have not enrolled for 2 consecutive semesters) are not required
to pay the Orientation fee, but are required to submit a $25.00
Re-Admit fee. These fees are subject to change without prior notice. |

RESIDENCE
HALL RESERVATION DEPOSIT FEE: All continuing students who anticipate
residing in dorms for a subsequent year must submit a $100.00 housing
reservation fee. This fee will be applied to the student’s tuition account
for the following fall semester. |

HOUSING
APPLICATION FEE: All new residence hall students are required to pay
a on-refundable housing application fee of $150.00 before a room
assignment is made. |
|
USAGE
FEE: Residence students will be charged a usage fee of $25.00
per semester for refreigerators and/or microwaves. No hot plates or other
such appliances are allowed I the dormitory room. Special provisions are made
for the use of such elsewhere. |

LATE
REGISTRATION: All students who fail to complete registration on the designated
date at the beginning of a semester will be charges a $100.00
Late Registration Fee. |

MEALS
AND ROOM: Meals are served cafeteria style in the College Cafeteria.
All on-campus students are charged $1,968.00 for a term of two
semesters. The charge for meals will be made to each resident on a semester basis
of $984.00 for the first semester and $984.00
for the second semester. Residents with an approved 12-month lease will
not automatically be charged for meals (apartments are funished with
stove/refrigerator). Annual lease (12-month) applicants have the option of paying
for the meal plan |

All
Murchison/Pitts Halls residents will be charged for rooms at the rate
of $1,870.00 for a term of two semesters. The charge will be
made in installments of $935.00 the first semester and
$935.00 the second semester. All Bass Hall residents
will be charged for rooms at the rate of $2,370.00. The charge
will be made in installments of $1,185.00 the first semester
and $1,185.00 the second semester. All residents applying for
Campus-based apartments/housing (12-month contracts) will e charged at a rate
of $3,600.000$4,200.00 (depending on location/lease agreement and includes
utilities). |

If
a student moves into a room for at least one day during the first month of a semester,
the total charges for room, as indicated, must be paid. All on-campus students
are required to sign a housing contract with the Coordinator of Student Housing.
Students residing I Campus-based apartments/housing must sign a lease agreement
with the Office of Business Affairs. |

PERIODS
OF RESIDENCY: Residence halls officially open and close on the dates
stated in the College Calandar. Residence fees and meal charges cover only the
periods when the halls are officially open. The College is unable to provide special
housing for students during holiday and vacation periods. The only excepetion
to this policy will be during the Thanksgiving Holiday Period, but only at the
discretion of the administration. |
