Persons who do not meet the requirements for admission as regular students and students who wish to pursue a limited schedule of work may be allowed to register as special or part-time unclassified students with the of the Academic Dean. Students registered with this classification may not file candidacy for a degree from Miles College until all entrance and course requirements have been properly met.
In order to become candidates for degrees, special students are required to meet all requirements for admission and must pursue the required courses in proper sequence. Change of classification must be applied for within two years from the time the student is initially admitted.
