The Division Chairperson designates instructors to be advisors to those students
declaring majors. For each of these students separate files are kept in the Division
office. The student and the academic advisor are both responsible for monitoring
the student’s progress towards completion of the curriculum. Any changes
in the academic program of the student’s major are made in consultation
with the student’s advisor. Requirements are directed by the catalog in
use at the time of the student’s entry into the College.
